I took my first yoga class at 18 after retiring from gymnastics. Over the years, yoga has helped me cultivate a deep sense of awareness, connection, and self-love. Through this practice, I’ve developed greater patience with myself, learned to connect with my breath, and tuned in to my body in meaningful ways.

Sharing yoga brings me immense joy because of the profound shifts it creates—not only in the body but also in mindset, spirit, and energy. For me, yoga is a sacred space for connection, peace, and grace. It has transformed my life, and I’m honored to guide others on their journey.


My teaching philosophy is rooted in alignment, mobility, strength, and flow. I emphasize the importance of tuning in and truly listening to your body to foster curiosity and cultivate awareness, creating a sustainable and lifelong practice.

The true power of yoga lies in activating conscious breath. Breathwork cultivates a deeper awareness, unlocking clarity that connects you to your highest self, your spirit, and the world around you.

BREATH

Breath is spirit.

Breath is energy.

Breath is life.

Breath is transformational.

Breath is the pathway to the heart—literally. Together, they work to keep us alive without requiring our awareness.

When we turn our attention to the breath, it becomes a tool to weave our thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations into harmony.

Mindfully observe your inhale and exhale, one breath at a time:

  • What is your breath like in this moment?

  • What is your relationship with your breath?

  • When do you notice your breath flowing freely in your body?

Conscious breathing creates profound changes in the body, shifting energy and vibration. By fostering mindful breath, we align more deeply with the natural flow of life.

The most challenging experiences—whether childbirth, climbing a mountain, or facing adversity—become manageable through rhythmic breathing. This rhythm transcends physical and mental limitations.

In contrast, when we feel anxious, our breath quickens. When we are afraid, we hold our breath. Awareness of these patterns unlocks the power of the breath, which is nothing short of magical.
